Job description |
|
-Strategic Development and Business Planning
-Implement annual marketing plans in conjunction with line management, to achieve sales objectives
-Provide proper implementation of brand strategies and plans in line with agreed business objectives
-Manage surveys on a local and regional level which can improve efficacy of Sales Force
-Identify, analyze and evaluate the potential of different regions of Ukraine (market potential, competitors, clients etc)
-Achieve annual product plan budgeted sales, profit and market share targets
-Plan and implement Field Force deployment through the Region within the Retail Team
-Regularly evaluate secondary sales of designated products/regions and analyze the effectiveness of the work of the Sales Force
-Deliver programs to generate continuous improvements in Sales Force effectiveness
-Maintain excellent external relationship with business partners including providers of goods and services, market research agencies, distributors etc.
-Maintain excellent working interface with finance, customer services operations, regulatory affairs, medical, and HR |

Requirements |
|
-Education: Medical/Pharmaceutical University degree is a must
-Experienced professional with 3 years plus in ethical Pharmaceuticals sales as FLSM or SLSM
-Strong commercial knowledge, strong financial and presentation skills
-Fluent Russian/Ukrainian, English – intermediate
-Excellent computer skills
-Driving license category “B” |
