Job
description |
|
-evaluate and deliver best fit for purpose CR format for the new portfolio projects at “Company” sites
-translate consumer and market trends into new offering at “Company” sites
-effectively implement and develop a new CR structure & strategy/offer at local level
-support implementation of global CR projects
-activate CR/deliver CR business plan at the Company branded sites after re-branding
-realize tenders for key categories with maximum contribution to Company from suppliers
-Supply Chain - reduce suppliers and increase number of Ukrainian wide agreements
-increase attractiveness of product presentation by implementing standard layouts, planograms |

Requirements |
|
-complete Higher education
-work experience in convenience retailing minimum 3 years is a MUST
-excellent people management skills
-excellent communication skills
-fluent knowledge of English, Russian and Ukrainian languages
-driver’s license |
