Job description |
|
-Develop strategy of Company’s entering Countlines segment
-Handle effectively A&P budget under supervision of Marketing Manager in compliance to Company’s purchasing policy
-Develop of annual segment’s objectives and strategies in line with chocolate category strategies
-Create specific plans and programs with respective timings to execute strategies and meet defined objectives
-Execute brand programs in various marketing mix dimensions
-Handle Countlines segment P&L under supervision of Marketing Manager - ensuring annual objectives meeting
-Key success measures |

Requirements |
|
-Bachelor/Masters degree (in economics/marketing)
-Working with consumer insights
-Knowledge of Creative and Media strategies and tactics
-Profound understanding of brand P&L
-Ability to judge and create marketing strategy mix
-Experience in FMCG brand management
-Advanced user of MS Office
-Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian |
